Sirius GT Triple Assurance of Qualified Service and Support

First, customer service and support has absolutely the highest priority at Sirius GT. Our nation-wide network of Authorized Sirius Resellers (ASR's) are thoroughly trained by our own staff of accountants and programmers. Each ASR is required to offer prompt qualified assistance for local on-site installation, training and direct customer support.

Second, Sirius GT offers, along with many of our Authorized Dealers, nation-wide customer one (1) day or three (3) day training and work group seminars. One-on-One Internet and telephone training sessions are also available.

Third, Sirius GT maintains a Toll Free Dealer/Customer Direct Support Line staffed with the Top Guns of professional support personnel. Each member of this team has Ten (10) or more years of construction accounting and/or programming experience. This support team also continuously monitors our Direct Customer Support Email feature, built into the Sirius logo on our main page, to offer immediate response to customer requests.

Downloads - Updates

If you are a current subscriber to the Sirius Annual Software License Agreement you are entitled to download updates for your system.  Verison 7.1 introduced a download function built into the main menu of Sirius GT Contruction Accounting.  Select "Check for Updates" from the Accunting-Utilities menu.  The archive is password protected and you will have to contact your reseller or submit a password request using the "Check for Updates" function.
